Vice President, Real Estate Operations – National Capital Region (Ottawa–Gatineau)
We are supporting a well‑established and fast‑growing real estate company in the National Capital Region in recruiting a Vice President, Real Estate Operations. Our client is entering a major phase of portfolio expansion, making this a critical moment to join and help shape the systems, team structure and operational excellence needed for its next stage of growth.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with a practical, solutions‑focused approach and has a natural ability to build trust and drive performance.
In this role, you will:
Lead and support a multidisciplinary team across residential and commercial operations
Maintain high standards of tenant service and operational consistency
Strengthen maintenance programs, inspections, workflows, and overall performance
Oversee leasing, maintenance, budgeting, compliance, and tenant relations
Contribute clarity, stability, and disciplined execution during a period of accelerated growth
You have:
Progressive leadership experience in property management
Strong financial acumen and operational problem‑solving capabilities
A calm, steady, team‑first leadership style that builds trust and accountability
A hands‑on, rigorous, organized approach and the ability to adapt quickly
Excellent communication skills in French (required) and functional English
