The Vice President, Operations is responsible for strengthening operational effectiveness, project delivery and organizational performance across this multidisciplinary business. Providing leadership to the Regional Teams, the role ensures consistency in how work is planned, resourced, delivered and measured while supporting design excellence, client service and business performance. While Senior Directors retain accountability for team performance and business results, this role ensures consistent practices, clear accountabilities and effective decision-making across the organization.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Vice President, Operations contributes to corporate strategy, business planning, organizational growth, leadership development and continuous improvement initiatives that support long-term success.
