Based in Ottawa, the Associate, Executive Search and Client Services is a critical member of the team and plays an important role in supporting executive search assignments for private company clients across Canada.

As the Associate, you'll join a project-based team consisting of a partner, principal, senior associate and client services lead. You'll support the successful execution of executive search and board recruitment assignments from launch through completion, contributing to research, candidate identification, market mapping, candidate engagement, assessment support and client service coordination. You'll gain exposure to private companies, executive leaders and boards across Canada, while working alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about leadership and business success.
