Advisory Board Member – British Columbia
We’re thrilled to be supporting our client Kalesnikoff in their search for an experienced leader to join their advisory board.
Kalesnikoff is North America’s leading fully integrated mass timber and modular timber manufacturer, spanning every stage - from seedling to sawmill, and from design through manufacturing, assembly and construction - to maximize value and precision.
As an independent, family-owned and operated business, Kalesnikoff thinks in generations rather than quarters, and places people at the centre of its success. The company is an equal-opportunity employer to its 350-plus employees and prioritizes internal development, long-term careers and a strong, values-driven workplace.
Kalesnikoff formed its inaugural advisory board in 2023 to provide independent advice and expertise to the current executive team, and is now seeking an additional member to join the advisory board (which will consist of three family members and four independents).
