Vice President, Sales and Marketing – National Capital Region (Ottawa–Gatineau)
We are partnering with a well‑established and fast‑growing real estate company to recruit a Vice President, Sales and Marketing. The organization is entering an expansion phase, with significant new residential developments and growth in its commercial portfolio — a pivotal moment to join the leadership team.
This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution. The successful candidate will drive sales and marketing strategy, accelerate leasing performance, strengthen brand positioning, and lead teams focused on growth and results.
In this role, you will:
Define and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies
Lead and motivate sales, leasing, and marketing teams
Position the brand and assets effectively in the market
Drive go‑to‑market and visibility initiatives with measurable impact
Leverage market data and performance metrics to adjust strategy quickly
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO during a period of rapid growth
You bring:
Progressive experience in residential real estate sales and marketing (commercial experience is an asset)
A collaborative, performance‑driven leadership style
Strong judgment and execution capability
Fluency in French (required) and functional English
