MondouxRollins Partners Inc., a leading executive search and human capital advisory firm, today announces Neil Morrison will be joining the practice as Partner, Executive Search and Leadership Consulting.

A senior leader and trusted advisor, Morrison will be focused on helping the firm’s clients drive growth through exceptional executive talent recruitment and development.
He brings 30 years of experience – as well as deep expertise – in sales and distribution leadership in the insurance industry to the role, including B2B as well as wholesale business development and client management. Morrison’s career began as a top-performing sales representative for 15 years, after which he transitioned into leadership roles focused on developing and inspiring high-performing teams.
Morrison’s industry expertise will add to the firm’s existing robust search practice in the insurance space.
